Shipping Policy

Sillage Privé carefully prepares and packages each fragrance decant to help ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, new releases, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is $6.95 for orders under $75.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $75 or more.

Estimated transit time after shipment is generally 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact Sillage Privé as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with reviewing the shipment. Carrier delays that occur after a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier may be outside Sillage Privé's control.

Damaged or Leaking Orders

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact Sillage Privé within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations applicable to alcohol-based fragrance products, shipping methods and destinations may be limited. Sillage Privé currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.

Sillage Privé reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to legally or safely ship fragrance products to the destination provided.
