Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance decants, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on fragrance preference, performance, or a customer no longer wanting the fragrance.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Sillage Privé within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

When an issue is verified, Sillage Privé may provide an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund.

Minor cosmetic differences in decant bottles, labels, fill appearance, or packaging that do not affect the quantity or usability of the fragrance are not considered defects.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been prepared, packaged, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Sillage Privé independently transfers authentic fragrance from genuine fragrance bottles into our own decant atomizers. The fragrance brands referenced on our website do not manufacture, endorse, sponsor, or otherwise have an affiliation with Sillage Privé unless expressly stated otherwise.

Original manufacturer packaging is not included unless specifically stated in the product listing.
